What if I want a custom scent on a specific candle design?

If you would like one of our candles but also desire a scent that is not listed on our site, please press “Contact Us” at the top of our website menu bar and provide a brief explanation of your desired candle. This order does not come with any extra charges. 

What wax/ ingredients do you use in your candles?

We use premium natural coconut wax. This is one of the best types of waxes to use for candles as it provides a longer burn time which makes your candle last longer. It also holds fragrance better than regular soy wax candles. It is also the healthiest wax option out there as it burns without releasing harmful toxins. 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns however, we do accept refunds after they have been approved. To dispute a refund, you will need to email us at contact@devotionwick.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
