Shipping policy

We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read through our shipping policy before placing your order. 

IMPORTANT: Orders containing our Devotional Candles and Devotional Pyjama Sets will be dispatched & shipped once Candles have been prepared and cured (see ‘CANDLE ORDERS’ policies below)

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) & INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH 

- PYJAMA AND APPAREL ORDERS

All apparel orders placed before 2PM AEDT will be dispatched on the same day the order was placed

- CANDLE ORDERS

All candle orders will be dispatched 3 - 4 days after placing your order as our candles are hand-poured and made to order. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality candles, which means allowing them to fully cure for at least 6 – 7 days before lighting.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

- PYJAMA AND APPAREL ORDERS

Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time of 2-8 business days 

Express Shipping: Estimated transit time of 1-4 business days

- CANDLE ORDERS

Standard Shipping (including candle curing time): Estimated transit of 6-10 business days

Express Shipping (including candle curing time): Estimated transit of 5-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: we only offer standard delivery for international orders

- CANDLE ORDERS

Standard Shipping (including candle curing time): Estimated transit time of: 8-27 business days

SHIPPING COSTS 

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only):

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
  • A $9.99 AUD flat rate (standard shipping) applies to all orders under $100 AUD.

International Shipping:

  • Free Shipping on all international orders over $200 AUD
  • A $35.00 AUD flat rate applies to international orders under $200 AUD

Once your order has dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
