We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read through our shipping policy before placing your order. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

All domestic orders will be dispatched 3 - 4 days after placing your order as our candles are hand-poured and made to order. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality candles, which means allowing them to fully cure for at least 6 – 7 days before lighting. You will receive your order within 6 - 8 business days for standard delivery and 5 - 7 business days for express delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, during peak period times and weather. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: we only offer standard delivery for international orders

All international orders will be dispatched 3 - 4 days after placing your order as our candles are hand-poured and made to order. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality candles, which means allowing them to fully cure for at least 6 – 7 days before lighting. You will receive your order within 7 - 15 business days for standard delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, during peak period times and weather. 

SHIPPING COSTS 

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only):

• Free Shipping on all orders over $65 AUD.
• A $6.99 AUD flat rate applies to all orders under $65 AUD.

International Shipping:

• Free Shipping on all international orders over $200 AUD
• A $35.00 AUD flat rate applies to international orders under $200 AUD

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
