DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) & INTERNATIONAL CANDLE DISPATCH
All candle orders will be dispatched 3 - 4 days after placing your order as our candles are hand-poured and made to order. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality candles, which means allowing them to fully cure for at least 6 – 7 days before lighting.
DOMESTIC CANDLE SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
Standard Shipping (including candle curing time): Estimated transit of 6-10

Express Shipping (including candle curing time): Estimated transit of 5-8

INTERNATIONAL CANDLE SHIPPING:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our candle orders, however, we do accept refunds for faulty items after they have been approved. To dispute a refund, you will need to email us at contact@devotionwick.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
